Have you ever had one of those family members or relatives who always spouts out about the news every time you see each other? You meet for dinner and as you are pouring a drink, dad starts running his mouth on the latest shooting, or the most recent disease sweeping through the country and how you better be worried because you may be next…. And of course since he heard this on CNN, this must be the law of the universe.
We’ve all experienced someone like this in our lives at one point or another where someone takes the “fear porn” or any other limitation based belief that they heard from someone else and then attempt to project that onto the rest of their reality including you. When you have a situation where much of mainstream society is buying into the same nonsense, you naturally run into the “lemming” scenario where everyone leaps onto the same sinking ship almost as if Chipotles was doing a $1 burrito special (pretty tempting, I know).
So I will throw out a few more examples for measure:
So you get the idea. Someone pukes out a coveted belief system, and you respecting everyone else’s ideas and truths except your own, you accept them as your reality. Now this is where a lot of people end up digging themselves into a hole in life. They covet and adopt belief systems of limitation only to replicate that into their own lives by validating and accepting it. But amidst all the distraction, there is something you need to remember:
Your reality is the result of what mental constructs you choose to validate
Echoing thoughts from Bashar, there are billions of parallel realities and earths that you are constantly moving into. With every choice you make in the present, you take yourself into a parallel earth most conducive to your current beliefs. So in other words, if you believe the world is a loving place with plenty of abundance, you will take yourself to a parallel earth where that is the case. However if you keep validating constructs like the Illuminati controlling the world, or the economy being on the verge of collapse and catastrophe, you will also take yourself closer into those realities through your choice of belief. Believing is seeing my friends.
I get questions all the time from spiritualists on how to clear our negative karma or why XYZ childhood event happened and what meaning they are “supposed” to pull from that. The truth is that Karma doesn’t exist unless we say it does, likewise, a certain childhood event doesn’t really mean anything unless you assign it meaning and further validate that. We go through life picking up and coveting belief systems from other people and so the big hurdle in our spiritual journey is shedding all the limitation based constructs we’ve validated into our lives.
So therefore, the economy isn’t necessarily going to crash. The world isn’t going to move into World War 3, and likewise, karma doesn’t have to exist unless you validate it. By simply choosing not to validate the constructs thrown at us, we allow the space necessary to choose our own truths that serve us. However, by placing value and worth on all the beliefs that don’t serve us, we are effectively shooting ourselves in the foot. And just like every other painful aspect of life, you can only pull the trigger on yourself so many times before the comfort of choosing familiar constructs accompanied by excruciating pain and disempowerment become outweighed by choosing your joy.
The choice is yours my friends. Choose your own truths, and not someone else’s.
